From today I am going to start a health journey and you are welcome to join me. For anyone who has stayed this far in my journey, you know my struggles with PCOS and infertility. I have started many many journeys towards getting fit and healthy but either I don’t stick to it or I end up finding yet another roadblock on my way to reaching my goals that I end up getting side tracked or pulled into things. This time however I am determined. With my hemoglobin a1c being at 5.7 and now having the tag of being prediabetic along with PCOS and then heading towards clomid in the next month or so I want to prepare my body like never before. I want to put in more effort than I ever have and hopefully this time God will help me stay strong and be able to overcome anything that comes my way.
As per doctors orders I’m going to try and quit sugar and also make sure I lead a more active life. Its frustrating when you already do everything in your power to take care of yourself and stay active but your body keeps working against you. I am determined though. My goal is to get to 60 days and I know this is only a small step towards a healthier me and may be increasing my chances of a more regular periods and then hopefully a baby if everything works out well.
Posting all this here so I am more accountable this time.
Starting weight 168 lbs.
PS. On this journey of TTC are you following any routine right now? Acupuncture? Workouts? A specific kind of diet? Anything? lets keep each other accountable. Looking forward to hearing some tips and success stories to keep me motivated 🙂
