This month with guests on one side and work on the other I have stuffed my face with junk food. Over and over again. My exercise has gone out the window. My weight slowly creeping up and my body feeling overly bloated. While the two apps on my phone tell me this is the day when things are supposed to happen and I’m supposed to ovulate, the ovulation tracker tells me otherwise. Its as painful as seeing a negative pregnancy. I know that next months HSG test will give better results but I thought this month I’d spend my time getting even fitter and losing more weight before we go through treatments. I’m really trying to get back on track but with so much work I’m usually extremely tired to even feed myself.
What do I do?
